ICM Quality Control

Quality Control Plan

As part of our services, a project specific Quality Control Plan is assembled and distributed to all parties concerned, including the Architect and Owner. This is a complete listing of all field observations required, testing requirements, manufacturer’s special requirements, and consultant observations required, as well as any activities where specific quality control needs to be monitored and documented. This is a tool for the On-Site Superintendent and subcontractors to insure all observations and testing procedures are being properly met. A specific Quality Control Plan will be developed specifically for each project.
